David Virgin is the founding member of the firm. Mr. Virgin earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in 1976 from SIU-Carbondale. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from SIU-Carbondale School of Law in 1979. He established his private practice law office in 1980 shortly after graduating from Law School. His law firm concentrates its practice in Bankruptcy and Divorce. He and his Wife have been happily married since June of 1979. Their son Jordan attends Colorado Christian University in Denver, Co. He and his family are members of and attend Bethalto United Methodist Church. Mr. Virgin leads a Christian Discipleship Class on Wednesday nights at the Bethalto United Methodist Church.

Sandra Shaw has been a member of the firm since 1999. Sandy has been working with clients and handling primarily bankruptcy cases during the entire time she has been with the firm. Sandy has lived most of her life in East Alton, Illinois. She is a member of and attends St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Brittani Nasello (Paralegal)

Brittani Nasello has been a member of the firm since 2007. Brittani has been working with clients and handling primarily Divorce cases during the entire time she has been with the firm. Brittani has lived most of her life in Alton/Godfrey, Illinois.

Brittani has recently completed her Associate in Applied Science

Paralegal Degree from Lewis & Clark Community College. She is a member of and attends Hillside Family Church in Alton, Illinois.
